A dynamic speaker, Margaret has been a guest dog expert on CNN and has been interviewed by hundreds of magazines and newspapers. Her book, "116 Ways to Spoil Your Dog" has been featured in such prominent magazines as Animal Fair, Town & Country, and The Bark. Her unique observations of dog ownership and tips for making life with dogs more fun have made her a favorite with canine lovers everywhere.

Margaret Svete has dedicated her life to animal causes. Not only has she donated countless dollars and hours to animal charties. 

After suffering several personal losses in additon to the loss of Berry and Robin, Margaret is now devoted to improving the quality of life for senior dogs and is working on a project that deals with grief associated with the loss of a pet.

In addition to being a published author and dog expert, Margaret holds a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering.  She currently lives in Southwest Florida with her beloved German Shepherd, Wanda.
