Dogs Now Get To Go Too!

Yes our voices count. After hundreds of thousands of angry emails, phone calls, pleads, etc. remaining Katrina evacuees are now leaving with their dogs. Unwilling to leave their beloved dogs behind, thousands of people have refused evacuation. Now we are finally seeing pictures of dogs in those now famous helicopter baskets being rescued with their owners.

There is still much work to be done. If you can help temporarily house a Katrina pet victim please go to the link in the previous post. And keep your prayers with all victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Foster A Pet Victim From Hurricane Katrina

Hurricane Katrina & Pets

My heartfelt prayers go out to all victims of hurricane Katrina. May God give you strength in the months to come.

My prayers also go out to all the pets left behind in the disaster. May as many be saved as possible. And may as many as possible find new homes.
